UNDERAGE GAMBLING/PARENTAL CONTROL
Gambling is strictly for adults. At Sharp Picks Mag, we stand firmly against underage gambling and support efforts to prevent it. Anyone under the age of 18—or below the legal gambling age in their jurisdiction—who is found using gambling sites may have their activity reported to the appropriate authorities, and any winnings forfeited. We believe that preventing underage gambling is a shared responsibility between the industry and parents or guardians. That’s why we encourage the use of parental controls and internet filters to help restrict access at home. To help block minors from visiting gambling-related websites, consider using tools like: BetBlocker SafeToNet NetNanny NetMom

SELF-EXCLUSION
If you feel the need to take a break from gambling to prevent or manage a possible gambling addiction, Sharp Picks Mag encourages you to use our self-exclusion options. When you enter a self-exclusion agreement, your account will be closed for the period you choose and will not be reactivated under any circumstances during that time. You can choose a temporary or permanent self-exclusion. Additional recommendations: Seek support and advice from recognized problem gambling support organizations. Request self-exclusion from other gambling operators where you have accounts. Install software that blocks access to online gambling sites. Unlike or unfollow any social media accounts connected to us or other gambling operators. How to Set a Temporary Self-Exclusion You can set a temporary self-exclusion through the Responsible Gaming section in your account profile. Choose from exclusion periods of 6 months, 1 year, 3 years, or 5 years. Important: Temporary self-exclusion periods cannot be shortened, but you can extend them anytime by contacting Customer Service. How to Set a Permanent Self-Exclusion If you want to close your account permanently, select the “permanent” exclusion option in your profile’s Responsible Gaming section. Permanent self-exclusion means your account cannot be reactivated, and you will not be allowed to create a new account. What Happens After Your Self-Exclusion Ends? Once your temporary self-exclusion period ends, you must contact Customer Service to request account reactivation. After confirming your request, a 24-hour cooling-off period begins before your account reopens. During this time, you can cancel the reactivation and keep your account excluded by contacting Customer Service. What About Pending Bets and Account Funds? We recommend withdrawing your funds before starting a self-exclusion. If you have pending bets during a temporary self-exclusion, they will not be canceled, and any winnings will be added to your balance. These funds become available once you confirm the end of your self-exclusion and your account is reopened. Contact Customer Service to arrange withdrawals according to our standard procedures. Marketing Communications We will take reasonable steps to stop sending marketing materials while you are self-excluded. Once your account is reactivated, you can opt back in to receive marketing content if you wish.
DEACTIVATION
Taking a Break from Gambling? If you want to take a break from gambling even if you’re not at risk of developing a gambling problem, you can choose to deactivate your account. Your account will stay closed for the period you select, either temporarily or permanently. If you do believe you may be at risk of a gambling problem, we recommend using the self-exclusion option instead. How Do I Temporarily Deactivate My Account? To temporarily deactivate your account, go to the Responsible Gaming section in your profile. Select a deactivation period of 6 months, 1 year, 3 years, or 5 years, and share your reason for deactivation. What Happens After My Deactivation Period Ends? At the end of the deactivation period, your account will automatically reopen, and you’ll receive an email notification. If you wish to reopen your account sooner, contact Customer Services, and your account will be reactivated within 24 hours of your request. What About Pending Bets and Account Funds? We advise you to withdraw any funds before deactivating your account. If you have temporary deactivation and pending bets, these will not be canceled. Any winnings will be credited to your account balance during the deactivation period. To withdraw funds, please contact Customer Services. Standard withdrawal rules apply. How Do I Permanently Deactivate My Account? To permanently deactivate your account, ensure you have no pending bets or funds remaining. Once your account is settled, go to the Responsible Gaming section in your profile, select “permanent” as the deactivation period, and confirm your choice to close your account permanently.
